When doing one arm biceps curls turn your wrist out at the top of the movement. This will help to bring out the peak of the muscle.
You should know the body part you want to work on before you arrive in the gym. This way your mind is ready for the workout making for a better and safer workout because you will be more focused.
When doing leg pressed try placing your feet in different positions on the sled. And push from different pionts of your feet. For instance if your feet are close logether and low on the sled try to push from the balls of your feet. This will help to develope the outer sides or the sweep of the quads. Keeping your feet High and wide on the sled will and pushing with your heels. This will help to develope the glute and hamstring area.
Listen to your body. If you are feeling tired your body is trying to tell you something. You might be over training. take the night off or take a brake for a while.
For developing size. Keep the weights heavy, but not so heavy that you can't control the weight. Stay focused on the muscle all the way threw the motion. At the end of the movement flex the muscle hard and hold it for a second.
To achieve a firmer more tone body. Keep your weights lite and up the amount of reps that you. Try keeping the reps in the 20 to 30 range.
