Our cardio area is equipped with the newest models of treadmills, and recumbent bikes, from Star-Trac as well as elliptical steppers from Precor . With this selection of equipment there is no waiting in line for worn out equipment. These machines are all connected to our Cardio Theatre Entertainment system, where you choose from six television stations or a variety of music during your workout. All of our cycling classes are held in a dedicated room to help you get the true feel of the class. Other clubs in the area just hold their classes in their aerobics room.
