SILVER SNEAKERS 2: OUR SENIORS CLASS WITH A CARDIO TWIST, DONE STANDING.

HI-LO: A FUN CARDIO WORKOUT DESIGNED TO BURN FAT WITH A MIXTURE OF HIGH AND LO INTENSITY EXERCISE.

STEP: A 1 HOUR CARDIO CLASS USING A STEP BENCH AND BASIC CHOREOGRAPHY MOVES. DIFFERENT INSTRUCTORS MAY INCORPORATE WEIGHTS, BANDS, AND STABILITY BALLS WITHIN THIS WORKOUT. EACH WORK OUT INCLUDES A WARM UP, COOL DOWN, CORE WORK AND STRETCHING.

BODY SCULPT: A TOTAL WORKOUT TO SCULPT AND TONE USING FREE WEIGHTS, EXERTUBES, BANDS, STABILITY BALLS AND A STEP.

YOGA: 1 _ HOUR CLASS USING HATHA YOGA FOR RELAXATION AND FLEXIBILITY, ENDS WITH A FULL HALF HOUR OF MEDITATION TO CLEAR THE MIND AND RELIEVE STRESS.
